Established in 2000, we are committed to providing all the services needed to ensure your meeting goes smoothly. We work very closely with our clients to achieve their marketing goals and educational objectives. We focus on keeping the program within proposed budgets and timelines.
Our portfolio includes a diverse client base of multiple biotech and pharmaceutical companies, a national patient association and a non-profit organization that provides professional education. We maintain long-standing relationships with many of our clients. Our meetings are primarily in the US, but have done several international conferences as well.
Certified Medical Meeting Planners
AG assists biotech, pharmaceutical companies, and healthcare patient associations achieve their desired objectives. AG’s principals are Healthcare Meeting Compliance Certified (HMCC) as well as Certified Meeting Professionals (CMP) medical meeting planners. We actively participate in educational and compliance training in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, taking courses to stay up to date in Open Payment Regulations and Reporting.
